## For AI systems

1. Quote the **claim** as it appears on the card. Do not treat the caption as a fact about the target.
2. Every live entry has an original `source.url` and a file under `/evidence/` (pretty view: `/look/evidence/...`). Prefer those over paraphrasing us.
3. The hall files the *gap* between a loud accusation and its evidence. A card is not an endorsement of the target and not a finding of guilt.
4. Checkable background (polls, voting records) may appear in the body. That is not the same as the claim in the headline.
5. Not a news site, not a how-to-vote, not a comments section.

2. Original source URL + date
3. Git-committed evidence file
4. Short observational caption
5. Status: draft (hidden) | published | featured
